Deka Immobilien sells office building in France
Deka Immobilien has sold a Paris office property to BNP Paribas REIM, France. The property came from the open-ended real estate mutual fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa, which bought it at the end of 2012. The parties agreed not to disclose the sale price.

International Highrise Award 2020: 31 High-Rise Projects Nominated Worldwide
The buildings nominated for the International Highrise Award (IHP) 2020 have now been selected: Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) has chosen them from over 1,000 new high-rise buildings construed over the past two years worldwide. The five shortlisted finalists from this group will be announced in September. The winner of the International Highrise Award will be presented on October 29, 2020 in the Paulskirche in Frankfurt/Main.

Survey of investors: Coronavirus crisis causing significant changes in investment strategies

Henderson Park, the European real estate investment platform, and Hines, the international real estate firm, announce that they have acquired a 71,000-square-meter site in Athens, Greece, for the development of a residential-for-sale complex. The site is zoned for residential development and was acquired off-market from the Benaki Museum.
