GLP Closes RMB 7.6 Billion China Income Fund VI
Singapore and Shanghai, 7 November 2022 – GLP announced today it has closed GLP China Income Fund VI (“GLP CIF VI”), an onshore income fund with RMB 7.6 billion (~US$1.05 billion) of assets under management (“AUM”). Investors in the fund include leading domestic insurance companies, as well as other existing GLP institutional investment partners.

Munich/Münster/Berlin 3 November 2022 – MEAG, Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe (ÄVWL) and Primevest Capital Partners (Primevest CP), have reached agreement on creating the joint venture Open German Fiber to deploy Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) in Germany. During its formation, the company already secured selected areas in Hessen and North Rhine-Westphalia.

BPL Pensioen and DELA to invest in ASR Dutch Farmland Fund
BPL Pensioen and DELA joined the ASR Dutch Farmland Fund with effect from 1 October. They will be the first participants, besides a.s.r, to invest in this unlisted real estate fund of a.s.r. real estate, totalling € 310 million. The ASR Dutch Farmland Fund consists of 36,000 hectares of Dutch agricultural land worth € 1.8 billion.
