Deka Immobilien has exchanged contracts to secure the purchase of the Flintholm Company House II office building in Copenhagen for around EUR 45 million. The seller is the project developer NCC. After completion, the property will be added to the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest ImmoValue, which is exclusively aimed at institutional investors.

Hines Acquires Allianz Karlshoehe Portfolio In Stuttgart Cbd For More Than €300 Million
Hines, the international real estate firm, has acquired the Karlshoehe Portfolio in Stuttgart, for a price in excess of €300 million on behalf of its Hines European Value Fund (HEVF). The portfolio consists of 13 office buildings including two towers and totaling more than 90,000 sqm of NRA. The portfolio is 98% leased, largely to Allianz.
