GLP announced today another year of exceptional results in the 2021 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (“GRESB”) assessment, the leading global environmental social and governance (“ESG”) benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investments across the world.
Overall, GLP’s GRESB performance improved by more than 13 percent relative to 2020 and all fund submissions were awarded Green Stars and consistently outranked the average peer score. Notably, GLP J-REIT (3281:TSE) and GLP Japan Income Partners I (“GLP JIP I”) received the highest possible five-star rating.
