Singapore and Shanghai, 6 April 2026 – GLP, a leading new-economy infrastructure investment manager, and Huawei, a global leader in information and communications technology (“ICT”) infrastructure and smart devices, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a long-term strategic partnership, with the aim of accelerating the sustainable and intelligent transformation of China’s new-economy sectors.

The partnership leverages the complementary strengths of both companies, bringing together GLP’s extensive expertise in developing, operating and managing real assets across logistics, digital infrastructure and new energy, and Huawei’s leadership in AI, cloud computing, network infrastructure and intelligent energy solutions.

The MoU marks a significant next step in the long-standing relationship between GLP and Huawei, who have worked together as logistics and business-park customer and partner for close to a decade. The partnership expands their collaboration into high-growth sectors including AI computing, new energy and smart industrial operations.

Digital Infrastructure and AI Computing

The companies will collaborate on next-generation digital infrastructure, bringing together Huawei’s strengths in high-performance servers, storage, chips and AI computing clusters, and GLP’s experience in infrastructure development, power-supply coordination and large-scale operations. Together, they aim to develop replicable benchmark solutions to support the scaled deployment of AI computing across China.
