Connecticut and New York, June 27, 2018 – Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC (“Arch Street”), a Greenwich, Connecticut-based real estate investment advisory firm, and GTIS Partners (“GTIS”), a real estate investment firm headquartered in New York with offices in São Paulo, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Paris and Munich, today announced the sale of a portfolio of 1,830 single-family rental home properties. The homes are located across four US states and were sold on behalf of an institutional client for $268 million.

The purchase price represents a net initial yield of 3.85%.
