We are a global investment manager with on-the-ground teams in the US, Europe and Asia. We invest across the risk/return spectrum in direct real estate strategies, including core, debt, value-add and opportunistic strategies, as well as in listed real estate securities and across all commercial, hotel and multifamily sectors.

The Global Senior Management Team is comprised of 61 Managing Directors with an average tenure of 16 years with Invesco and 29 years of industry experience. In addition, we manage over 467 institutional relationships actively investing across the risk/return spectrum in core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies globally. Therefore, our team aims to optimize risk-adjusted returns for our clients through maximizing the consistency of investment returns while minimizing the risk of capital loss.
