Sébastien Eisinger has been a Managing Partner of the Pictet Group since 1 April 2019 and co-heads Pictet Asset Management (PAM) with Laurent Ramsey, sharing responsibility for the Group’s institutional arm.
Before assuming his current position in January 2017, he was Chief Investment Officer for Fixed Income at Pictet Asset Management. Previously he spent a year as Senior Investment Manager and Product Specialist for debt related products in Tokyo. Before transferring to Pictet Asset Management’s Tokyo office, he was deputy head of the Fixed Income team and a Senior Investment Manager responsible for absolute return products and fixed income solutions. He joined Pictet Asset Management in Geneva in 1999 as an Investment Manager in charge of quantitative bond analysis.
Before joining Pictet he worked for four years in the institutional asset management division of Lazard Gestion in Paris. As part of the research team, he developed quantitative models and the risk process for fixed income portfolios.
Sébastien holds an MSc in Mathematics and a post-graduate degree in stochastic models from Jussieu University in Paris.
