Jeff Hines
Jeff Hines is the firm’s Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He leads Hines’ Executive Committee, which is comprised of the company’s regional CEOs and CIOs, and he is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. As owner, Chairman, and Co-CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth and operations.

Chris Hughes
Mr. Hughes is Global Head of Capital Markets. He is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. He is responsible for all institutional capital raising activities globally, including structuring of commingled funds and joint ventures. His past experience includes serving as a development officer in Hines’ Washington, D.C. office and CEO of the firm's East Region.

As Co-Head of Investment Management, Chiang Ling is responsible for developing investment and fund strategies that align with Hines’ global investment approach. She is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees.

Alfonso Munk
As Co-Head of Investment Management, Alfonso is responsible for developing and overseeing investment and fund strategies that align with Hines' global investment approach. Alfonso provides a significant track record of achievement for investors with more than 25 years of diverse experience in real estate investing activities throughout the U.S., Europe and Latin America. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Ray Lawler
Ray joined Hines in 2007 and serves as the Head of Americas. He is responsible for development, acquisition, financing, marketing, and operations across Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Central America, Panama, and the United States. Prior to this role, Ray led Hines’ Asia Pacific business as CEO from 2019 to 2024, overseeing all activities in the region.

Lars Huber
Mr. Huber serves as Head of Europe and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is responsible for all development activity, acquisitions and operations in the region with Hines presence in 12 countries.

Syl Apps
Syl is a Senior Managing Director, Head of U.S. Midwest and Canada. He oversees all development, acquisitions, asset management, and operational activity in the geography, including $9 billion and 22 million square feet in assets under management. In addition, he serves as the market lead for South America.

Sarah Hawkins
Sarah is a Senior Managing Director and head of Hines’ U.S. East market. She is responsible for all residential, commercial, and mixed-use acquisitions and developments in the U.S. East, which includes $20 billion in assets under management and offices in New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.

Steve leads strategy, new business, and platform growth across the U.S. Midwest and Southeast regions and Canada.

Michael Haas
Michael is Senior Managing Director, Head of Institutional Investor Solutions and, together with his team, is responsible for investor relations and raising equity for Hines global initiatives. Additionally, he is involved in structuring commingled funds, separate accounts and joint ventures.
