Ray joined Hines in 2007 and serves as the Head of Americas. He is responsible for development, acquisition, financing, marketing, and operations across Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Central America, Panama, and the United States. Prior to this role, Ray led Hines’ Asia Pacific business as CEO from 2019 to 2024, overseeing all activities in the region.
