Union Investment has been offering real estate solutions for institutional investors for over 48 years. The first special fund was launched in 1977, and the first institutional public fund in 2004. The first service KVG mandate was added in 2011, followed by the first bundling vehicle in 2012. Currently, €10 billion is invested in actively managed funds and €10.1 billion in service mandates.
Union Investment offers institutional investors individual real estate solutions under German and Luxembourg law, as well as an effective platform (pooling vehicles, real estate service KVG mandates). Union Investment covers the entire value chain: from research to transaction and fund management, risk management and reporting to active asset management.
