Kirsten Ludwig is a member of the Management Board of Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH since 1 July 2025. She is responsible for the Institutional Fund Management for open-ended and closed-ended real estate funds (Service KVGs and real estate funds of funds). A native of Hamburg, she began her career at Schwäbisch Hall building society and also worked for audit firm KPMG. Kirsten Ludwig joined Union Investment back in 2009. After five years in equity interest management at Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, she switched to the Mandate Management Third-Party Business group at Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH in 2014, taking over as head of the group in 2021.
