Gerald Kremer is COO of Union Investment Real Estate GmbH since 1 April 2024. He is primarily responsible for the areas of digitalisation, real estate operations/processes, data management and tax. Previously, he had been Chief Digital Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he had shaped and been responsible for the digital transformation of the Global Real Estate division since 2018. He also headed the Data Science, Innovation Management and Digital Operations departments there.
