In this H1 2024 edition, we are now far progressed through a period of repricing across real estate markets over the past 18-24 months. The unevenness of this repricing across geographies and sector, in our view, continues to create a window of opportunity to access rebased markets in a sequential manner. We also explore the real estate fundamentals that underpin our expectations and views. 

Real estate market value corrections have continued in earnest with unevenness in the pace and depth of adjustments across geographies, sectors, and investment structures. Investors have had to contend with higher interest rate levels, muted economic conditions and heightened geopolitical tensions in recent months, but are now being presented with a sequential opportunity set enabling them to order attractively repriced opportunities with more to emerge. Picking market troughs is an almost impossible task but both history and our proprietary market valuation is pointing to 2024 and 2025 offering opportune vintages.
