The Supervisory Board of Praemia REIM France today announced the appointment of Marc Bertrand as chairman of the Executive Board of Praemia REIM France. Marc Bertrand will succeed Grégory Frapet, who is leaving the company for new endeavours.
Marc Bertrand’s strategic expertise and extensive experience in the asset management and real estate investment sectors will be key assets in addressing new market expectations and furthering the development of Praemia REIM France’s activities devoted to quality real estate portfolio management for its investor clients, both private and institutional.
As Chairman of the Executive Board of Praemia REIM France, Marc Bertrand reports to Laurent Fléchet, Chairman of Praemia REIM. He joins the Executive Committee and will work closely with other entities of the Group, located in key European markets.
