EY Selects Wilton Park
EY Ireland has selected Wilton Park for its new Dublin headquarters. The professional services firm has agreed a long-term lease at the estate and expects to commence occupancy from summer 2026. EY will significantly increase its existing footprint in the city centre as it brings all of its Dublin team together in a landmark new city centre location with new state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance collaboration, innovation, and client service while also helping to deliver on EY’s ambitious technology and sustainability goals.

IPUT welcomes Stripe to Wilton Park
Stripe has chosen One Wilton Park as the location for its new Irish headquarters. The payments giant, which is owned by Limerick brothers John and Patrick Collison, signed on 28th June. The company has confirmed it will be the second half of 2025 when it moves into the building.

IPUT secures planning permission to develop one of Europe’s greenest logistics parks
IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces that it has received planning permission to deliver an additional 12 units, extending to 1.7 million sq ft at Nexus Logistics Park (‘Nexus’). Planning for the initial 800,000 sq ft (5 units) was granted in 2023.
