IPUT Real Estate announces it has been awarded a 4 star rating in the 2020 GRESB Real Estate assessment for both Standing Investments and Developments.
IPUT achieved a score of 77 in the Standing Investments category, a 15% improvement year-on-year. In the Developments category, in its first year of rating, IPUT achieved a score of 87 representing the highest GRESB score in the peer group.
