    CIO, Private Infrastructure Strategies

    Stephen Dowd is Chief Investment Officer – Private Infrastructure Strategies for CBRE Investment Management. He leads the firm’s private infrastructure investment practice, overseeing investment strategies, portfolio management, analytics and performance measurement. Stephen joined the organization in 2014 as Partner and Global Head of Infrastructure for the predecessor private infrastructure firm that became part of CBRE Investment Management and moved into his current role in 2020.

    Noi Spyratos is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management for CBRE IM’s Private Infrastructure business. She joined the firm in 2011 and is involved in the infrastructure investment strategy, development and implementation for the firm's direct private infrastructure investment mandates. Noi also is the Deputy Portfolio Manager for one of the firm’s private infrastructure funds that invests in global mid-market infrastructure businesses across subsectors.

    Andreas Köttering is head of the European infrastructure investment practice for CBRE Investment Management's Private Infrastructure business. He is based in London and is responsible for sourcing investments in Europe, negotiating partnerships and acquisitions, as well as for supporting investor relations initiatives with European clients. He also is a member of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee.

Jeff joined the firm in 2012 and brings with him over 15 years of diverse infrastructure experience with direct principal investment experience in North America, Europe, Australia, and South America.

Prior to joining the direct infrastructure team, Rob was Senior Director, Legal, where he led the private infrastructure legal department and advised the investment teams on the structuring and execution of investment opportunities.

In this role, he oversees the investment process for infrastructure assets and companies in the APAC region, supporting both the flagship strategy and other direct strategies. Vaughan leads the direct infrastructure investments business in the region.
