Noi is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management for CBRE IM’s Private Infrastructure business. She joined the firm in 2011 and is a member of the Firm’s investment committee. Noi is the Deputy Portfolio Manager for CBRE Global Infrastructure Fund (“CGIF”).
Noi has led a number of CBRE IM’s investments and sits on the Board of four CGIF portfolio companies. Most recently, she has led transactions in the US tower, dark fiber and fiber-to-the-home sectors. She also sits on the Board of CBRE IM’s Australian-based rooftop solar business.
Prior to joining CBRE, Noi spent four years at Access Capital Corp., where she was primarily focused on infrastructure investments in the energy sector. Prior to Access Capital, Noi held corporate accounting and finance roles, including at Enbridge Gas Distribution, where she supported regulatory submissions.
Noi is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a CFA Charter holder. She received her Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Guelph.
