Hines Acquires Allianz Karlshoehe Portfolio In Stuttgart Cbd For More Than €300 Million
Hines, the international real estate firm, has acquired the Karlshoehe Portfolio in Stuttgart, for a price in excess of €300 million on behalf of its Hines European Value Fund (HEVF). The portfolio consists of 13 office buildings including two towers and totaling more than 90,000 sqm of NRA. The portfolio is 98% leased, largely to Allianz.

Hines, the international real estate firm, is to partner with leading European hotel operator 25hours Hotels to create a 243-room boutique hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. UBS Asset Management’s (UBS-AM) Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business announces that it has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in Gascan, the second largest distributor and supplier of piped liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Portugal, from Arta Capital. The investment was made on behalf of REPM’s global infrastructure equity strategy, with the transaction completed on an exclusive basis after an unsolicited approach to the Spanish private equity fund Arta Capital.

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces the launch of a new planning and development business, M7 Developments, which will be led by Hugh Ellingham, currently Non-executive Chairman of M7, and Ben Hooton, M7’s Planning Director.
