Based in Singapore, Mr. Katimansah will be involved in private equity, value-add and debt opportunities. He will focus primarily on the latter across the capital stack, including senior & junior debt and preferred equity, as well as non-performing loans across the Asia-Pacific region for strategies managed by SC Capital Partners.

He has over 25 years of real estate investment experience in Asia Pacific and has invested over USD 4 billion in private debt and private equity investments involving different property types located in major cities in Asia Pacific, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Katimansah joins from Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited, where he was Partner and Portfolio Manager of Multiple Capital Investment Partners (MCIP), a Sun Hung Kai-sponsored global real estate debt fund.

Prior to that, Mr. Katimansah was Managing Director, Head of Debt Investments & Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate Investments at Phoenix Property Investors.

Mr. Katimansah holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Urban Planning from Cornell University and Masters of Urban Planning from University of Pennsylvania.
