BR-153 Highway will be managed by consortium that will invest BRL 7.8 billion in infrastructure improvement works over the next 35 years
A consortium formed by Ecorodovias, one of the largest Brazilian integrated logistics companies, and GLP, the global investment manager specializing in logistics, has won the BR- 153 highway auction with a bid of BRL 320 million (USD 57 million).
GLP Capital Partners (“GCP”), a leading global alternative asset manager with $128 billion in total assets under management (AUM), today announced that it has won eight awards in the 2023 Private Equity Real Estate (“PERE”) Global Awards, including Global Logistics Investor of the Year and Global Data Centers Investor of the Year.
GLP Capital Partners (“GCP) has entered into an agreement to establish a new strategy, GCP China Advanced Research Manufacturing Value-Add Partners (“CAVP”). The fund offers an initial investment capacity exceeding $350 million and will target industrial park investments with an ARM focus in China’s core economic hubs.
GLP Capital Partners (“GCP”), a leading global alternative asset manager, today announced the sale of 12 logistics assets, in two separate transactions on behalf of two CP Brazil funds, totaling 642,000 SQM of gross leasable area (“GLA”) and an aggregate value of approximately US$300 million. The properties sold are mostly located in key metro locations in São Paulo state.
