In his current role, he is tasked with providing portfolio management advise on the local direct real estate investments, scouting the markets and originating deals in line with the portfolio strategies, ensuring a smooth execution of local investment and divestment operations, managing the relationships with Generali Group’s Chief Investment Officers in these countries.

He is also responsible for the execution of the asset, letting and property management activities in the region. Sébastien joined Generali Group in 2002, first as an asset manager for Generali Immobilier and then, from 2008, as the manager for the local asset management business, managing the team in charge of the real estate offices, logistics and listed companies.

Between July 2015 and November 2017, he was the Head of Generali Real Estate France. Sébastien holds an Advanced Postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Engineering, as well as a Master in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
