Spain real estate expert Sven Schoel was appointed as Managing Director and Head of Spain for GARBE Industrial Real Estate and GARBE Institutional Capital. He is expected to establish and expand GARBE’s investment and project development business in the country. Schoel manages the new GARBE office in Madrid, where he will assemble a team of local experts.
