Prior to joining CBRE, Nathalie was an Operating Partner in CDPQ Infrastructure Group's global portfolio, where she was responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies across the portfolio as well as supporting companies in the portfolio through operational improvements initiatives. Nathalie sat on the board of 6 portfolio companies across energy, renewables, transport, and fiber sectors for CDPQ. Nathalie led operations across two companies; she was SVP Operations for Veolia in North America where she led 3 business units in Canada and had the role of VP Plant Engineering/Mining Environment and Consulting Services at SNC-Lavalin. Prior to those roles, Nathalie spent 15 years in management consulting in various role with Accenture.

Nathalie holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in chemical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. She holds a Professional Engineer certificate for the province of Quebec, she is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Corporate Director (ASC-C-Dir.).
