BNP Paribas REIM launched in the first semester of 2020 the Healthcare Property Fund Europe (HPF), which has already secured equity commitments of 340 million euros, giving it an investment capacity in excess of 500 million euros.
The current group of investors consists of French, German and Italian pension funds & insurance companies. Further investor closings are scheduled for H1 and H2 2021 with strong demand from Dutch and Scandinavian investors in addition to the existing LP geographic base.
