Infrastructure Alliance Europe 1 (‘Fund 1’)

Arjun’s first commingled fund, launched in 2020. Fund 1 invests in core and core plus mid-market infrastructure and targets returns of 7-9% with a focus on inflation protection and cash yield. The Fund targets control or co-controlling positions to obtain the governance rights to facilitate value creation from Arjun’s asset management approach. 

Fund 1 is now fully deployed into assets in Spain, Denmark and the UK across digital, renewables and transport sectors.

Infrastructure Alliance Europe 2 (‘Fund 2’)

Fund 2 was launched in 2022, following the same strategy as Fund 1 with a return target of 9-11%, reflecting the impact the changed market environment.

The fund targets investments in renewables, regulated assets, contracted transportation, digital and social infrastructure.

Separately Managed Accounts

Prior to launching its commingled fund series, Arjun managed assets solely through separately managed accounts from its formation in 2015. Arjun continues to manage separately managed accounts for new and existing clients across its core and core portfolio, although deal priority is allocated to its commingled funds.
