Adrian joined Actis in 2009 and has been a leader of the Long Life Infrastructure business from its inception. He is responsible for originating and managing investments in the infrastructure sector and managing the global multi-sector infrastructure team, as well as serving on the Actis Long Life Infrastructure Fund (ALLIF) Investment Committee and Actis’ Executive Committee.

As Chairman and Senior Partner, Torbjorn has responsibility for the overall performance and strategy of the firm, its people and its funds. Torbjorn appoints and chairs the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee and he leads a team with decades of operational experience in building, operating and transforming companies into sustainability leaders on a global scale.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in growth strategies and sustainable infrastructure. He has played a key role in building the Actis infrastructure business, first in Latin America, leading and building teams in Sao Paulo and Mexico City, then globally as Head of Strategy and driving the firm’s talent agenda through leadership of its Associate programme and chairing its Partner Selection Committee. Today he is Chief Investment Officer, chairing Actis’ Investment Performance Committee while also sitting on the firm’s Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee and infrastructure and real estate investment committees.
Lucy is Head of Energy Infrastructure at Actis. She has over 25 years of investment experience in growth markets, investing in and managing power businesses. She sits on the Energy Investment Committee as well as Actis’ Executive Committee which oversees the performance of the firm.
