Deka Immobilien acquires property in Dublin for new open-ended real estate fund
Deka Immobilien has acquired an office building in Dublin for a headline price of EUR 153 million to add to the starting portfolio of its new open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienMetropolen. Hanover Quay Property Development Company Ltd. a subsidiary of Park Developments Group sold the office building, which was completed in April 2019. “The Reflector” offers around 11,500 m² of flexibly divisible space and 34 parking spaces. It is fully leased to four tenants under long-term leases, with Airbnb being the main tenant.

M7 acquires 25-unit multi let industrial estate in Dublin for €6.75 million
M7 Real Estate (“M7”) the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has acquired Primeside Park in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 for €6.75 million, on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners V (“M7 EREIP V” or the “Fund”), from a private investor in an off-market transaction. The price reflects an initial yield of close to 7% and a capital value of €95 per sq ft.

PATRIZIA AG, the global partner for pan-European real estate investment, announces that it has agreed to forward purchase a 166-unit build-to-rent development in Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6, Ireland, for EUR 93 million from Marlet Property Group on behalf of Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK), Germany’s largest public pension fund group. The transaction increases PATRIZIA’s portfolio in Ireland to EUR 650 million.

M7 acquires Westlink Industrial Estate Dublin for €13.9 million
