In 2023, both IGO and ICPF maintained their 5-Star GRESB ratings with IGO now ranked second out of 21 funds in the Australian Corporate High Rise Office: Core peer group, and ICPF seventh.

Both funds increased their scores, with IGO increasing to 95 from 93 in 2022 and ICPF to 93, up from 91 over the same period.
