SilkRoad Property Partners is a dedicated Asian real estate investment manager. We focus on value-add and core-plus strategies in the most liquid investment markets in the region – Singapore, Hong Kong, China (Tier 1 metropolises) and Japan primarily. We have been investing in the region as a team since 2007 and executed more than US$ 3.5bn transactions over 94 separate deals in resilient sectors such as logistics and industrial, service and convenience retail, decentralised office and multifamily.

SilkRoad has been growing steadily since our establishment. Today, we have a team of 22 professionals. Our management team, all of whom come from institutional backgrounds, average more than 15 years of working together. We offer the nimbleness and alignment of a fully management-owned boutique, and the stability and rigour of an institutional investment approach. This unique combination has served us well through multiple cycles – all of our realised investments have generated positive returns ranging from 8% to 50% net property IRRs, through the challenges of the Global Financial Crisis, the recent COVID -19 pandemic to war-induced global food and energy crises.
