Since 2001 we offer primarily institutional clients a broad spectrum of services revolving around the real estate theme. The management expertise of direct real estate investments is reflected in proprietary investment vehicles as well as in discretionary mandates of real estate portfolios. Furthermore, our portfolio managers exhibit a successful track record in active securities selection in the indirect real estate sector. At the same time, we cover the entire universe of listed and unlisted real estate securities (funds/stock companies) in Switzerland as well as in Europe (REITs), in addition to Swiss investment foundations. Investment principles & strategy
Swiss Finance & Property Group is a specialised investment and advisory property company, founded in 2001, with a focus on asset management.
Management and staff have since acquired more than 500 buildings in Switzerland and abroad. Overall, over CHF3. 5bn capital were procured. These funds were primarily used for investments in properties, property shares and property funds for our clients. Our corporate finance activities provide advice regarding mergers and takeovers, equity funds for the financing of pension funds in private and public capital markets, property sales and property sales with by lease-back.
In 2006, Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG was also established as an independent fund management company.

The activities of the Swiss Finance & Property group focus on the following business segments:

• Indirect property investments in Switzerland, Europe and global.
• Capital market transactions such as M&A, placements and consultancy.
