Realterm believes that this large, highly fragmented segment of the industrial and logistics market has historically been underinvested by the broader institutional community, and subsequently, in Realterm’s view, under-financed. Strategically located in and around major population centers, primary distribution hubs and critical freight transfer nodes around seaports, inland ports and border crossings, transportation-advantaged facilities are the critical high volume first mile, intermediate and final mile freight distribution transfer points that facilitate the efficient flow of goods to their destination.
