Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, has signed a c.21,000 sq ft letting with leisure and entertainment specialist Roxy Ball Room (“Roxy”) at The Cornerhouse, Nottingham’s 200,000 sq ft premier leisure destination. The company has agreed to a twenty- year lease across the basement floor of the property, which will be home to Roxy’s second site in Nottingham, and its largest nationwide.

The venue, which opens its doors to the public on 11 June, will offer a range of leisure and gaming facilities, including tenpin and duckpin bowling, ping pong, shuffleboard, ice curling and a selection of karaoke rooms, in addition to a number of traditional arcade games.
