Investment principles & strategy
MOMENI’s successful investment strategy relies on our group’s developer DNA and integrated business model to enhance overall property value. We view environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations as the cornerstone of long-term real estate performance. To that end, we develop energy-efficient buildings (LEED/BREEAM) and actively integrate ESG aspects into our asset management.

Performance verification
MOMENI calculates fund performance in accordance with German Investment Funds Association BVI standards. Annual and quarterly performance data is provided for all fund mandates and joint ventures.
