Way of Life appointed to deliver elevated living experience at landmark 495 home build to rent project, The Eades, in Walthamstow
Way of Life, the award-winning residential management and lettings business, has been appointed by Long Harbour to manage The Eades in Walthamstow, London. The Eades, a c. £300m scheme, is one of the latest build to rent assets delivered by Long Harbour for its LHMF 2 strategy.
The 495-unit scheme will provide a range of resident amenities including a gym, rooftop dining room, yoga studio and co-working space. Through its management, Way of Life will focus on bringing these spaces to life, with a focus on wellbeing and community, to provide an elevated resident experience and Build to Rent product.
The Eades will also be home to 99 Discount Market Rent (DMR) apartments, available at 50-60% discount of market rent and targeted at key workers, who will have full access to the same services and experience as other residents.
