Courtney Popelka is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Private Markets. In this role, she provides strategic finance leadership and is responsible for the financial reporting and operations teams supporting Invesco's Private Markets products. Prior to her current role, she was responsible of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Invesco US real estate fund platform, including the core, core plus, high return, debt, and retail strategies. Courtney began her investment career in 1999 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2009. Prior to her current role, she served as senior controller of the real estate group. Before joining Invesco, she was with the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She then joined an affiliate of Westbrook Partners, and later served as a controller and asset manager at Rockpoint Group. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).
