In this role, he provides strategic finance leadership and is responsible for financial reporting teams supporting Invesco's Private Markets products. Lee is also the CFO for two publicly registered products, Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc., a publicly traded mortgage REIT traded on the NYSE and Invesco Real Estate Investment Trust, a public non-listed property REIT.

Lee began his investment career in 1995 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2006. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a director at Archon Group LP (Goldman Sachs) and held senior manager positions at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
