Beth began her investment career in 2003 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2008. Prior to her COO role, she served as the senior director of investment analytics, where she led the team responsible for the analysis of all US direct real estate acquisitions and served as a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Previously, she served as an associate portfolio manager responsible for portfolio strategy for several of IRE's separate account clients and as a senior investment analyst responsible for the analysis of new acquisitions in the Northeast.

Prior to joining Invesco, Beth worked as a member of the corporate and investment banking analyst program and real estate private equity group at KeyBank. She also worked as the director of capital markets at DDR Corp.

Beth has served as a Director of Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc since January 2019 and as a Director of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc since February 2021.

Beth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management with a concentration in finance from Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the Women's Bond Club and is an active participant in the Invesco Women's Network.

 As COO, Beth is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of IRE's global real estate and private markets business and serves as a member of its Global Executive Management Committee, North American Executive Committee, Asia Investment Committee and Platform Investments Committee.
