Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for around 10,000 square metres of office space in Mitte, Berlin’s central borough.
The housing association Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH, which is owned by the state of Berlin, has secured the space in the Linkstraße 10/Schellingstraße 1 building on a long-term lease. It will move into the new premises at the end of 2024 following renovation and expansion work. The Office Advisory team at the Berlin branch of BNP Paribas Real Estate negotiated the lease agreement.
The property is part of the portfolio for WestInvest ImmoValue, an investment fund designed for institutional investors. The property has been rated “Very Good” by BREEAM, the British certification for sustainable construction.
