Kelly Russell is currently the Managing Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for COIMA SGR and Vice President in the residential sales agency, Residenze Porta Nuova. Prior to the acquisition and redenomination of the investment management company she covered the same role in Hines Italia SGR and gained her experience while managing all aspects of communication and public relations on the large urban regeneration project Porta Nuova in the center of Milan.

Kelly is also the Director of the Foundation Riccardo Catella, which was founded in 2005 in order to promote best practices in sustainable urban development specifically working to improve the quality of public spaces. Prior to her roles in COIMA and Residenze Porta Nuova she was the country coordinator for Urban Land Institute in Italy.
