Robert Dupree
Robert Dupree is a Principal in the Investments group, Co-Head of the Investments group and Co-Head of Infrastructure & Impact. In these roles, he leads a team focused on the composition, operations and investment priorities of CIM’s funds as well as the sourcing of investment opportunities. Prior to joining CIM Group in 2015, Mr. Dupree was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Dupree earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jennifer Gandin
Jennifer Gandin is a Principal in the Investments group and Co-Head of Infrastructure & Impact. She is actively involved in the investment management process across CIM’s platforms and serves on CIM’s Investment Committee. Additionally, Ms. Gandin represents CIM on the boards of SkyPower Global, Bolder Industries and IENTC. Prior to joining CIM in 2003, Ms. Gandin worked in roles at various other private equity and investment firms. Ms. Gandin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.

Kyle Hatzes
Kyle Hatzes serves as a Managing Director on the Investments team at CIM Group®, where he sources equity and credit investment opportunities in infrastructure that help drive financial and environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) performance. Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Hatzes worked as an investment banker in the structured finance and principal lending group at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on project finance, secured corporate and mezzanine lending, special situations and capital markets for power and infrastructure companies in the Americas. He also spent two years at the New York City Economic Development Corporation during the Bloomberg administration, as project manager and transactions analyst for the group’s Development and Real Estate Transactions teams, respectively. Mr. Hatzes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.

Qilan Tang
Qilan Tang is a Managing Director in the Investments group, where she handles portfolio oversight for CIM’s value-add infrastructure strategy, helping drive composition, operations and investment priorities. Prior to joining CIM, Ms. Tang worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse and moved to buy-side capital management in 2008. Her experience also includes portfolio management for leading hedge funds and investments focusing on long-term secular trends such as energy. Ms. Tang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University.

Michael Turner
Michael Turner serves as a Managing Director in the Investments Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing infrastructure investment opportunities, with a focus on the transportation and logistics sector. Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Turner served as Managing Director, BAES Infrastructure at Buckeye Partners. His experience also includes roles as Managing Director at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and as a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital. Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Finance from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Jason Vassiliades
Jason Vassiliades is a Managing Director on the Infrastructure Investments team at CIM Group. In this capacity, he supports the growth of CIM’s infrastructure platform. Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Vassiliades served as Managing Director at Duration Capital, a transportation infrastructure investment firm founded in 2024 as a spin-out from Oaktree Capital. At Oaktree, he held several key positions overseeing various infrastructure programs. He also founded the Transportation Innovation Group at Oaktree, which invested in and partnered with infrastructure-related technology companies. Mr. Vassiliades earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Albert Yang
Albert Yang is a Managing Director and Head of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in the Institutional Client Group. Based in London, he is responsible for leading CIM’s business development and investor relations activities for the EMEA region. Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Yang was Head of Investor Relations EMEA at Harrison Street, where he led product development, served as a founding member of the company’s European investment platform, and was part of the investment committee. He also served as Head of Business Development at Barings Real Estate, where he promoted global real estate strategies. His experience also includes roles in the real estate divisions of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Nuveen, Schroders and DWS. Mr. Yang earned a Master of Mechanical Engineering and European Studies (MEng) from the University of Warwick. He is also an active member of the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
