  • Bruce Flatt

    Chief Executive Officer

    Bruce Flatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield, a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management, wealth solutions, and its operating businesses, with over $1 trillion in assets under management. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Mr. Flatt joined Brookfield in 1990 and became CEO in 2002. Under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries. Mr. Flatt also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Brookfield Asset Management and has served on many public company boards over the past three decades.

  • Connor Teskey

    President, Brookfield Asset Management; CEO, Renewable Power & Transition

    Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank. Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

  • Sam Pollock

    CEO, Infrastructure

    Sam Pollock is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Infrastructure business and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Infrastructure business. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Since joining Brookfield in 1994, Mr. Pollock has held a number of senior positions across the organization, including leading Brookfield’s corporate investment group and its private equity business. Mr. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

  • Scott Peak

    Managing Partner and Co-President, Infrastructure

    Scott Peak is Co-President and Head of the Americas for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Peak is responsible for regional oversight and investment strategy leadership. In addition, Mr. Peak is involved in the screening and evaluation of global investment initiatives. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Peak spent a decade at a leading investment firm, where he focused on the infrastructure sector. Previously, Mr. Peak worked in the mergers and acquisitions investment banking group at a leading investment bank in New York. Mr. Peak holds a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.

  • Stewart Upson

    Managing Partner and Co-President, Infrastructure

    Stewart Upson is Co-President and Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Upson is responsible for regional oversight and investment strategy leadership. In addition, Mr. Upson is involved in the screening and evaluation of global investment initiatives. Mr. Upson is also the Regional Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield Asset Management, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager’s business activities in the region. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Mr. Upson joined Brookfield in 2010, following Brookfield’s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he held several senior roles. He previously served as Treasurer at a New Zealand-based utility. Mr. Upson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and is a CFA charterholder.

  • Sikander Rashid

    Managing Partner and Head of Europe

    Sikander Rashid is the Head of Europe for Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he oversees business activities in the region. He also serves as Head of Europe for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and manages all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region. Mr. Rashid joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held progressively senior roles within the organization. Mr. Rashid holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

  • Rene Lubianski

    Managing Partner, Infrastructure

    Rene Lubianski is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Lubianski is responsible for corporate development, capital raising, co-investments, investor relations and other strategic initiatives for Brookfield’s infrastructure funds. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Lubianski worked at a global investment bank in its financial advisory group, focused on infrastructure investments. Mr. Lubianski holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
