Jon has over 20 years of experience across funds management, investment banking, direct investment and law. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he held positions at Challenger, UBS Investment Bank and GE Capital, and has worked in Sydney and Hong Kong.

Jon’s experience also includes advisory, origination and execution of capital markets and corporate finance transactions in public and private markets, including loans, high yield, mezzanine debt, hybrid capital, convertible bonds and private equity.

Jon commenced his career as a lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) in Sydney and London. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
