Aleksandar Ivanovic
Aleksandar was appointed President of Asset Management in March 2024. He was previously Head of Client Coverage, responsible for our client activities globally, and Head of EMEA and Switzerland, with responsibility for developing and implementing Asset Management’s strategy in these regions. He joined Asset Management in 2017.

Joseph Azelby
Joe joined the firm in 2019 and is responsible for the combined real estate, infrastructure and private equity asset management businesses that invest directly into real assets, unlisted funds, listed real estate securities as well as multi-manager solutions globally.

Barry Gill
Barry was appointed Head of Investments in 2019. Prior to his current role, Barry was the Head of Active Equities and, before that, he ran a concentrated long/short strategy as part of O’Connor. Barry has been with UBS and held a variety of roles across the divisions since 1995.

Nasreen Kasenally
Nasreen was appointed COO and Country Head in May 2023 and is responsible for all global AM business support functions for the division and for overseeing all AM business conducted in the UK. Since joining UBS in 1999 she has held various senior risk roles across the firm.

Johannes Roth
Johannes is the Co-Head of Unified Global Alternatives for UBS, based in Zurich. He oversees the development and management of alternative investment strategies across asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure investments. Johannes leads efforts in sourcing, structuring, risk management, and product innovation to foster growth in the alternative space.

Jerry Pascucci
Jerry is Co-Head of Unified Global Alternatives (UGA), based in New York. UGA combines the manager selection capabilities from across UBS’s Asset Management and Global Wealth Management businesses to serve the needs of its UHNW, institutional and wholesale clients globally.

James Poucher
James’ role spans three distinct functions: regional leadership of the UBS Asset Management business across the Americas; oversight of the global integration of the Credit Suisse Asset Management businesses into UBS, and leadership of the Asset Management transformation program, including ownership of AM’s artificial intelligence initiatives.

Rachael Sledge
Rachael assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for UBS Asset Management in 2024 and has been the Chief Financial Officer for APAC since 2020. She is a member of the UBS AM Management team, the UBS Group Finance Executive Committee, and the APAC Management team.
