Working closely with our international partners, we utilise the knowledge of our local teams to provide access to local European markets.
We see our assets as more than just bricks and mortar. We are constantly looking for additional opportunities to add value, whether it’s through development, strong placemaking or community engagement.
Previously known as Grosvenor Fund Management, as at 31 December 2015 we employed over 70 real estate professionals, we had £3.5bn/€4bn of assets under management, including a portfolio of historical buildings in the heart of Lyon’s city centre in France, Liverpool ONE in the UK and six shopping centres in Sweden, including Skärholmen Centrum in Stockholm.
