Augsburg/London/Sydney, 1 February 2022. PATRIZIA AG, a leading partner for global real assets, announced on 13 September 2021 the acquisition of Whitehelm Capital, an independently owned international infrastructure manager with an outstanding track record spanning over 23 years.
Following the approval from regulatory authorities successful closing of the transaction took place on 1 February 2022.
Whitehelm Capital therefore became part of PATRIZIA on 1 February 2022, having a positive earnings impact on PATRIZIA for eleven months of 2022.
