PATRIZIA AG plans to relocate its London HQ from Knightsbridge to the hClub in the heart of London’s vibrant Borough of Camden and its Covent Garden district.
Subject to planning permission being granted, PATRIZIA’s move into its new premises would be scheduled to be completed by 2024 to allow for extensive modernization and refurbishment work in line with PATRIZIA’s sustainability targets. The hClub building, which was once a members’ club, was recently acquired by WE Holding. PATRIZIA intends to help transform the London landmark with its rich history in the creative industry into state-of-the art, creative office space.
