Paris, 16 September 2014 - OREIMA announces its achievement of receiving a Green Star rating following participation in the 2014 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark –GRESB – a dynamic benchmark assessing the sustainability performance of real estate companies and fund managers around the globe.
Green Star is the highest rating a company can receive as it places participants in the top quadrant of GRESB’s two dimensions: Management & Policy and Implementation & Measurement.
