Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Josh Quinton-Smith as asset manager.
In his new role Josh will form part of a six-strong team responsible for managing the company’s £2bn business space portfolio, helping to create and implement business plans, manage tenants and ESG initiatives, and drive performance.
Josh joins the business from Legal & General, where he worked as a Senior Asset Manager on Legal & General’s £3.1 bn Managed Property Fund. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Josh also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management from London South Bank University.
